Living Well with Diabetes

A monthly class for anyone with diabets or those who are affected by diabetes through friends and loved ones. January 28, February 18, March 11 and April 1, 2010.

This series of monthly classes provides comprehensive information, whether you’re newly diagnosed or living with diabetes.   The class will cover the following topics:

2. Living with diabetes...A personal success story
3. What to eat with diabetes - Do I have to give up all my favoriate foods?
4. Moving beyond the diagnosis...How to live a happy and healthy life with diabetes.
